When Miss Imogen placed the last puzzle cube, each cube began to glow with an inner light, which grew brighter and brighter until at last, they flashed in a dazzling burst and were gone. Outside the gargoyles laughed, a hollow, cruel sound and then they flew off into the sky, circling far overhead. The stone slab of the "door" growled like an angry beast and slowly grinded its way upward into the ceiling, revealing a long hall to another stone slab. Inset in that slab, like the puzzle-cube "lock" before it, was a large iron lever. Above the door was a large stone skull that leered down the hall in the light that filtered through a thin crack in the ceiling. Dellrak could "feel" the mechanisms deep within the walls. Like the previous set of doors, somewhere deep within the walls counter-weights moved, dragged on pulleys and chains. As the first brave soul moved forward into the hall, the skull's mouth dropped open, and a skeletal hand reached forth, holding a brass hourglass. The hand rotated around, turning the glass. Within the glass, sand began to pour from the upper to the lower globe. There was only enough sand for perhaps a minute or two... [ooc]Please decide what you will do as quickly as possible. I will assume that everyone goes along with whatever the first few people post if I feel that it's taking too long.[/ooc]
(General Features) Illumination: Bright Light where green, Dim Light where gray.
