"Bah!" said the hag as Qawasha warned her to quit. The Chultan brought down his gnarled staff and lightning struck her from above, splitting open the sack on her head. The bag set on fire, and out dropped a dog, a snake, and a rooster. The rooster was so badly singed that the hag scooped it up and shouted, "You hurt Mr. Cluckers! You will die first, fool! Get him, Creepy Crawly!" She began to shake and chant, and the snake expanded while growing an outer chitinous segmented shell and sprouted many legs, becoming a disgusting hybrid of a giant snake and a centipede. It scuttled along the balcony railing and leaped through the air, landing on a table that Qawasha was using for cover. Its great jaws snapped out at Qawasha, but the druid managed to fend it off with his staff. Myrral directed his Tabaxi friends and he began to growl, creating a vibration that disrupted some of the Hag's magic. When Brrapp shook Keshma's shoulder, she awoke and began to raise herself to her feet, shaking her head in embarrassment. "Oooh," said the Hag, annoyed with Myrral, "Yappers! Shut that kitty up. Sick 'em!" Her dog, a small terrier that had been barking the entire time, twisted and grew into something that resembled a cross between the dog it had been and a rhinocerous, and it leaped off the balcony and charged at Myrral. But Grroll leaped into the way, and was gored and trampled. The monster would have reached Myrral, but Ussal slithered across the room and found himself blocking the last of the thing's momentum. Grroll lay on the ground, horribly injured by his heroism. Imogen fired four arrows, and two found their way into the hag's extremely tall, if withered body. "Ouchie! she said. The whole affair might have been comical, were it not for the dark and imminent danger. [ooc]Groll is down and failed 1 death save. Keshma's awake and will get a turn next round.
