EVERYONE As the feminine voice livens up and the strange illusions erupt on the walls, the entire room seems to light up. Cold lights flicker with difficulty though the fog, a sickly yellow tone coming from them. Lines begin to form in the distance, still indecise and feeble. The female voice goes on, as the elder falls silent, feeling defeated. "PLEASE, REMAIN CALM. THE IDENTIFICATION UNITS WILL CONDUCT THE WORK IN AN ORGANIZED, PEACEFUL MANNER" AANZU As the small beholder retreats, Aanzu feels the discomfort that the cloud intended to cause around his mouth, his eyes and his nostrils. All of them go numb. Clearly, the thing had all intentions of knocking him down. Now it retreats a bit, rising its' many arms to show a few spinning blades, another hose-like structure, a heavy metal sphere and larger clamp-like hands. From it, a stern voice emanates: "SURRENDER YOUR WEAPONS AND COMPLY. LETHAL FORCE WILL BE EMPLOYED. THIS IS YOUR ONLY WARNING." More humming sounds come from above, as if another flock of the small beholders had been released. LYLLIE/THULWAR As the gnomes follow the contraption, the room goes crazy. Aside from the lights, they seem to understand that the beholders behave without clear intentions or recognizable patterns.
