This first installment of the Moreau-1 Files details Moreau-1, the villainous android who is one of the chief distributors of superweapons to the black market. It also contains Erepato, a pachyderm-human hybrid who Moreau-1 has engineered to be the progenitor of a new race meant to replace humans as the dominant species on Earth.
