Idea for MM or Separate Book Supplement.

I was thinking with the new kind of monster design in 4e. Who would like to see a appendix or wholly separate book which is essentially a slot-book, where it lists out a variety of different powers and racial abilities with level approximations for what level this would fit most reasonably within.

I could see this being a big help to DMs making their own monsters. You could for example, have out your DMG with templates, your MM on the page of the monster you want to reskin and redo differently and your Power-Supplement where you are picking out the new monster abilities and powers.
