I hope your wrong because I'd hate for Myth Drannor and Shade to have been destroyed for nothing.
They weren't destroyed for nothing! It was all done in the name of erasing 4e and resetting the Realms to how they were before.

Other places to explore Undermountain
I expect we'll see an Undermountain movie tie-in product at some stage.

Blowing up shade and Myth Drannar wasn't a reset to pre 4e, bShade has been around in some form at least 2e I believe and Myth Drannar got rebuilt before 4e.

And even when Myth Drannar was ruins, it didn't have shade sitting atop it.

The goal was pretty clear, get rid of Netheril Empire enough that it didn't over shadow the rest of the setting, and to create a Megadungeon that had retro appeal for fans of the original ruins of Myth Drannar, but with an interesting new spin on it.

This is what I mean by 5e realms really isn't a pre 4e reset, it merely has elements of retro appeal.

When 5e was launched, they had about 5 years worth of stuff (esp. adventures) already roughly planned / pre-planned. That's what shaped the final version of the Monster Manual, and Volo's too I'd say. So based on that, what are we now, around year 4? I'd like to hope that yes, something Feywild-themed would be great for 2018 - it's a gap in the D&D market that has only been touched on a couple of times from what I remember.

Something that has Keep on the Borderlands written all over its Tier1 and Tier2 chapters. The Caves of Chaos could be spread out in the hills rather than packed into a ravine. Maybe place the adventure in the Delimbryr River valley?

I'm designing a plot arc set in the Great Dale, meeting a bunch of the 3e and 4e plot hooks on the way to somewhere else.

I would a good, full fledged, city based adventure.

Sassarine in the Savage Tide adventure starts out that way, and then blows it by sending the players off in a ship never to return. A complete adventure in a city like that would be excellent.
