Identify this 1E artist?

I'm pretty sure it's an Elmore piece, largely due to the color style and choices. If you could put up a higher-quality scan I am certain I could identify it.

I wish I had one- I got that one off of an Ebay listing (I don't own the piece myself). I can barely make out about half of the writing on it (the English part; haven't really tried looking at the French bit yet, though that's the next step).

I'll keep looking for a better version, though. Thanks for all the responses, by the way!

Just Hal... aka Hal Greenberg is the guy to ask if you can't get the artist to post. Hal has a very good eye for older edition artwork.
