I'm with the Europeans on this one. I wish we did it day/month/year over here. Makes more sense. Of course, I still put that silly line through my "7" even after 12 years since my return from France...

The US military uses the "day/month/year" notation, but we usually abbreviate the month instead of using its corresponding number. Today, for instance, is 21 Apr 04.
