If you made your own tabletop gaming company

Let's say you own a gaming company like TSR/WoTC, Games Workshop, FASA/Catalyst Game Labs, Wizkids, Steve Jackson Games, and Fantasy Flight Games, what would yours be like? You could make all kinds of RPGs, CCGs, CMGs, wargames, board games, and more. For RPGs, the genres I would cover are fantasy, cyberpunk, horror, western, superhero, pulp, etc, and they would all have their own system. For wargames, ones included would be a tactical, skirmish, strategic, naval, and aerial. For board games, I would make all kinds of adventure and strategy board games, as well as different others. I would also make all kinds of other games.

I think if I owned one, it would be a lot more focused. After all, I'd want to make good profits, and not have a bunch of money wasted on making products that don't sell well. So, I'd do a bunch of market research and find out which products would be most popular and profitable, and I'd focus on those.

I'd keep an eye of adapting them for the iPhone and Android. I'm impressed with the port of Carcasonne for the iPhone. Also the CCG card game Shadow Era which has good potential.
