If you were a formorian giant, where would your stats be?

Hmm. Not in Monsters of Faerun - that's the Fog and Phaerlin giants.

Not in the MM2 - that's the forest, sun, ocean and mountain.

And not in the MM - those are the traditional giants, I believe.

So where the heck is it??

MM2, under "fomorian". Don't make me yell at you.

are you calling me a liar?;)

MY DM used one of these on us once...what BS, who ever heard of a giant that can sneak up on you then trample? Bleh.

DM: As you're walking down the 20'-wide corridor, suddenly something roughly the size of a freight train runs you all down. Everyone takes 2d10+18 damage.

PC1: I'm staggered.

PC2: Staggered.

PC3: I'm at -1.

PC4: WTF.

DM: Ok, surprise round is over. Roll initiative.

Grrrr. Stupid organization in the book - but fantastically helpful people here. Thank you!

Yea, I swear, who would ever think to organize things alphabetically. Really, who would use such a broken system? :p

;)

Tsk, tsk, tsk...

<i>Chrono turns to the camera, shaking his head sadly. He's wearing a plaid tuxedo and holds a "Bob Barker" microphone.</i>

Has this ever happened to you? Have you spent hour upon frustrated hour searching for your favorite monster? Or how about that evasive ninja prestige class you saw in a Dragon magazine months ago?

Spare yourself this buccaneer's embarrassment and get yourself a copy of DM Buddy. Yes, DM Buddy, an index chock fulla page numbers to help gather your severely scattered campaign stats.

Creatures, spells, julianne fries...DM Buddy does it all...

And, DM Buddy is absolutely FREE! All you need is a copy of Microsoft Excel that can handle macros. Kudos to Garvey and Sorich for compiling it...

DM Buddy. The spreadsheet that cares:

<i>Chrono croons the DM Buddy Jingle :

"Don't go nutty searching for a fomorian,
Get DM Buddy -- be a D&D historian! Hey!"</i>

Note: DM Buddy is not your actual buddy, and will not help you move.
