gamma world? no? I am not sure, the SEP I speak of can run 1,000 (or is it 1,000,000) years on a single flashlight battery. :p

Wow. So that's what a critical hit on a threadjack roll is like ...

... (or would it be that the thread failed it's Ignore Me check?)

Connection went a little crazy, double-threaded. Delete me, please?

Sounds like a "Somebody else's problem field" to me.
Don't worry, it's somebody else's problem.

Ignore me [General]
You are often ignored
Benefit: When you would be targetted by a monster, effect, or wrathful DM, roll a d20 and add half your level but subtract twice your cha bonus, if any. If the result is a 20 or more, the monster, effect, or DM targets a fellow player instead.
Special: If it is your turn to act, be in the spotlight, go to the bathroom, roll the same check and if the result is a 20 or higher, you are skipped.

Maybe this should be a trait rather than a feat?

It's not a trait, per se. It's a state of mind. Lets make some slight changes.

Ignore Me
You are often ignored
Benefit: When a creature, cruel joke, or wrathful DM would target you, they must succeed at a Concentration check against your Ennui skill to remember why they even bothered. Even if they succeed at this, you may succeed at special check (d20 + (char level/2) -Cha (-Comeliness if applicable)) to force them to focus thier attention elsewhere. If the result is a 20 or more, the monster, effect, or DM targets a fellow player instead.
Detriment: On all charisma checks to attract attention, you suffer a -10 to the roll. Also, at any time when you would fulfill a crucial plot point or kill a major villain, you must make a Will Save (DC 10+level of encounter) to receive any credit for it, even from those who see you do it. Finally, any cleric who is considering healing you must succeed at a compassion check (DC 15) to successfully target you when there is another viable option, including any wounded enemy who "might be worth converting".
Special: You forever gain the Libertarian Template.

...
P.S. All in good fun. My best friend is a Lib.
