IH in Birthright

What is the best way to put Iron Heroes into a D&D setting. I'm going to use Birthright, specifically.
The magic is the tricky part. I've seen a conversion of Elements of Magic that I might be able to use, but I don't know if there might be an easier way.
Birthright also places a lot of emphasis on the arcane/divine split, and Eom doesn't.

I've seen posts by others saying they've used IH in D&D settings. What kind of modifications have been made?

I'm open to any suggestions.

For Birthright specific questions I recommend asking people on the Brithright.net site.

I am fairly sure someone over there has done it.

You can do the arcane/divine split with Elements of Magic if you like - just draw up a list of allowed Spell Lists for both types (e.g. Life goes on divine, restricted to good alignment).

Have you resolved this matter? I'm slowly working on putting an IH in the Midnight setting, so I'm interested to know what solutions you chose. :)

For myself, I decided to have each character have three traits at character generation and slimmed-down the races to zero to three traits each (I also only allowed some traits for some races). I am also going to replace IH's magic system with a Pact-magic based system. Buit I haven't worked out the details yet.

For Birthright, I think maintaining a clear seperation between clerical and arcane (druidic) magic is vital. If I had the time, I would probably try to construct a Priest class based on a "Prayer Token" mechanic (not sure how, perhaps base it on the Arcanist?), and make a Druid (aka Wizard) class have an "Arcane Power" pool that is at full in the beginning of the encounter but is much more difficult to replendish (probably based on the warlock, to allow him to always do something). To make their playstyle very different. Domain turns could then be used to accumulate Pray Tokens or gather Arcane Power for domain spells.

I haven't completely resolved it.

I'm going to use the EoM conversion to IH. Along with the guidelines in Lyceian Arcana for arcane and divine magic, and the cleric class in that.

I haven't decided what to do for domain spells. Maybe, base it on ritual magic with holdings counted as a number of other casters.

Once you have it figured out can you let us know? EoM is an outstanding tool kit and I love to see how different GM's have tweaked it to fit their settings.
