I'm harsh, but seeking to compansate. Any advice?

I agree, give this druid some good access to mind affecting spells like charm monster and dire charm, and maybe even at lower levels than normal. Also maybe some spells that connect the earth mothers pain to the enemy directly as suggested would be really cool. Like every time they cut down a tree or killed an animal they would have to make a save or lose temp strength and con points for X amount of hours (like a curse, it would last until dispelled).

Free Subdual Substitution is a good idea, as would the ability to spontaneously cast healing spells for Druids and Rangers.

It's a little Poke'mon esq, but if this is affecting the whole world, even the villans should begin to take notice. All but the insane ones would realize that they cannot survive without this world, and combat could take on a more ritualistic note. Summoned creatures and constructs could become the new way of warfare.

It would be interesting if she actually did die. What would that do to the world?

I think if she actually died, it would be a good time to buy Requiem for a God:

I like the aggressive polymorph/reincarnate idea. Here's a suggestion:

Whenever druidic spell damage is inflicted (especially against outsiders/undead), a small mass of insects, seeds, spores, whatever sloughs off of the creature. When a certain level of negative HPs are achieved, the entire mass of the creature is polymorphed into living matter. Most importantly, this new mass of living beings are reproducing.

Work this effect into an adventure. In order to produce the effect, a certain key component or knowledge is required. Said goddess sends the druid PC on a quest to find it.

What about a bonus to spells that protect from the elements? Or increasing wildshape abilities? Have you incorporated anything from Masters of the Wild (the improved wildshape rules, the infusions)? Limited spellcasting while wildshaped would be nothing to sneeze at, but probably not overpowered considering the direct damage spells are gone.

Here is another idea that I just had. How about a healing spell, any that would put the target over max HP becomes temporary HP, if the target gets as many Temporary HP as they have normal HP when they are fully healed they explode causing the overgrowth affect of the plant growth spell in a 10 ft radius per HD of the creature destroyed.

How about...

If the addition of life is of boon to the goddess, why not give the Druids the spell 'raise animal', or some such. It's kind of lame but if she uses it she would be aiding the goddess, perhaps building up a bank of goodwill she could use to kill something bad. :D
