I'm having fun playing D&D:)

My group recently started a new campaign, and it's a lot of fun! Here are some of the biggest reasons why:

1) We rotate DMs, so no-one gets burned out being creative all the time. Whee!
2) All PCs start at level 5, with 2 classes. You can DO stuff, and there's no maxed-out spellcaster to steal anybody's thunder. Whee!
3) PCs will be able to take 1 prestige class. Ever. Whee!

I like my group and our game. EN World is a great place to come for ideas and to share successes and failures.

Good to hear!

I'm having good gaming too - currently playing a campaign by second of my players that wanted to try DMing. Both of them turned out to be good DMs

Todays session was a blast, a murder mystery instead of a normal crawl. The dice gods abandoned me halfway through the session, but I had fun roleplaying anyhow. Some tough situations, like encountering two bickering groups, and attempting to stop their fight ended us killing both of the groups I caught some flak for cutting of the heads and destroying them so that speak with dead couldn't be used to tie it to us

(week 5) 38) We're getting more serious! We brought each other chocolates and such! Whoodiddily-Whee!

All right! Now, you're just trying to make us jealous!

(week 8) 67) I think I'm hearing wedding bells! Does a group wedding mean we're all married in a bunch? Forevar and Evar and Evar! Whoop-Whoop-Whoop-Whee!

(week 18) 98) Dead. They're all dead. The black outs leave me wondering their fate and if suspicion falls on me, I won't be surprised. I've got to come up with a plan on how to escape. The sewers. Damp, dark, forgiving. Whee!

Mine's going pretty good again. I had both my groups fall apart last year, and we've put together a much smaller group of just our core players. Right now one guy is DMing warcraft d20, where I'm playing a Panderan Monk. Who can resist playing a kung-fu panda bear named Ling-Ling? And we alternate around with me running other games, such as All Flesh Must Be Eaten and Exalted to keep things fresh.

Pretty good gaming these days!

Very true. I was not having fun gaming, but tonight I took my group apart and hopefully the next time I play, I will have lots of fun.
