I'm looking for James Wilber's "Open Game Pantheon"

While googling for open content pantheons, I came across a reference to an "The Open Game Pantheon" copyright 2004 to James Wilber. Does anyone happen to own a copy of the "open game pantheon" or know what it was? As far as I can tell there are no records of it anywhere, so I think it might've been a pdf on a website that's long dead. Thanks for any assistance.
