Anyone know where I can find D20 stats for creatures that would appear in a lovecraftian type of setting.

The kind of monsters from 'beyond time and space'...

The largest single source is probably Lords of Madness. That said, I recommend the Monster Indices thread in this forum if you know of specific creatures. Also, check out the link to the monsters from WotC's webpage, as there's several hundred free monsters there.

There is, of course, the d20 version of Call of Cthulhu. Some of the monsters in Mongoose's Conan game could be used with some modification. (The Conan rules are slightly different to D&D).
