Check the "Welcome to the Creature Catalogue" thread stickied at the top of the forums.

Basically, we convert monsters "by committee". BOZ leads the conversion (or in the case of true dragons, I do) and everyone posts ideas until we're satisfied with the results. BOZ or myself then upload the creatures to the CC (usually in batches of 10).

If you wish to post any of your own conversions, use the Homebrews forum. While it won't go directly into the CC, it might be used for inspiration when the creature finally gets the "by committee" treatment.
