Imbue with spell ability...

I'm just wondering about spell completion magic items... and the like.
Does imbue with spell ability allow one to use a wand with the same spell that you have imbued?

No. To use a wand you need to have the spell on your class spell list. Imbue With Spell Ability gives you the temporary ability to use magic, but does not give you a class spell list.
