'Three days after I die, cast Raise Dead on me'?

I'd let people get away with all sorts of weird contingencies. One was, "When I should be speaking but there is no sound, cast dispel magic on the silence."

Isn't raise dead a Cl spell? That was the hardest part of finding a useful long casting time spell, contingency only works for Scr/Wiz spells.

No, it works for any spell you cast upon your person.

A Mystic Theurge with a Cleric caster level of at least 15 and Contingency can cast a Contingent Raise Dead. A Cleric-15 with a Ring of Major Spell Storing containing Contingency, or a scroll of Contingency and ranks in Use Magic Device, can cast a Contingent Raise Dead.

It's debatable as to whether a wizard with Raise Dead in a Ring of Spell Storing can, however. It's not clear whether the CL >= 3x SL requirement refers to the caster level of the Contingency, or the caster level of the companion spell. I'm inclined to think the former, which means it's possible as long as the wizard has a CL >= 15, but if it's the latter, the wizard can't do it, since the Ring always casts the Raise Dead at CL 9.
