If a PC is "Immobilized" and uses a power that lets them move, what happens?

Do I disregard the movement part ofthe power, or can I not use the power?

You can't move, if the movement is one of the modes that Immobilized prevents. (You can still move by teleporting, or by being pushed, pulled, or slid by someone else.)

Without knowing specifically what power... I'd say you can use the power, but you don't get to move (unless it's a teleport).

Did you have a specific power in mind?

Well, thinking of something like "Passing Attack" (Fighter Encounter 1), I would imagine that you would get to make the two attacks versus two different targets, but you can't shift between attacks. Immobilize is connected to movement, not using a move action, IMHO. This also means that you can't charge, even though it's a standard action.
