Laugh real hard and slap your thighs. This will be better training than cryvomitlaughing. I advice 3 sets with 15 slaps (for each hand/thigh) for starters. You can variate the training by alternating between slapping and overcross slapping. If you'll laugh so hard you sqirm, you can train your stomach muscles, too.
