Improved Grab feat?

You want the Snatch feat:

SNATCH [GENERAL]

Prerequisite: Size Huge or larger.

Benefits: The creature can choose to start a grapple when it hits with a claw or bite attack, as though it had the improved grab special attack. If the creature gets a hold on a creature three or more sizes smaller, it squeezes each round for automatic bite or claw damage. A snatched opponent held in the creature’s mouth is not allowed a Reflex save against the creature’s breath weapon, if it has one.

The creature can drop a creature it has snatched as a free action or use a standard action to fling it aside. A flung creature travels 1d6 x 10 feet, and takes 1d6 points of damage per 10 feet traveled. If the creature flings a snatched opponent while flying, the opponent takes this amount or falling damage, whichever is greater.

If you're the player....well good luck with your DM.
I am, indeed, the player in this scenario. (As a DM I'm not shy about slapping any abilities on a critter I like. :p)

Specifically, I was considering Improved Grab as a neat ability for a griffon paladin's mount at some point. Particularly when the griffon's attacks won't penetrate DR, having it grapple a foe while the paladin beats on it would have been nice. Alas, it seems like Improved Grab can't be added to a critter. :)

Another poster mentioned this, but the critter needs to be Huge to pick up Snatch.

Unfortunately it looks like the griffon will just have to suck up the AoO to grapple. I'm not willing to spend a feat on Improved Unarmed Strike to pick up Improved Grapple, and Improved Grab just isn't available as a feat.
