Improved Grab

I'm with Patryn.

Skip's ruling seems very strange. If a creature with natural weapons can use all of them to attack the opponent as a grapple action, and the dire bear has a BAB at +8, the the bear can actually do a Claw/Claw/Bite TWICE. The bear gets more attacks while grappling than a full attack? That makes no sense.

Or does "Attack Your Opponent" imply a full round action? In which case, my 15th level fighter in the grapple with the bear gets to use his dagger only once. That doesn't make sense either.

Much simpler to say that Attack Your Opponent is 1 attack. The bear can use any of his natural weapons to make that attack. If your bab is high enough for multiple grapple attempts, you can Attack Your Opponent more than once.

That's not what he says.

That's the most likely alternative to Skips' ruling though.

Is an attack with a natural weapon an attack?
