Improved/Reactive Counterspell

Hi all,
I've heard mention of these two feats numerous times, but I have no clue what book they're in. Could someone enlighten me?

Improved Counterspell is in the PHB.

Reactive Counterspell is in Magic of Faerun and the Player's Guide to Faerun (among others).

Combine those two feats (well, you have to have one to get the other, but anyway...) with the Archmage ability "Mastery of Counterspelling", and you're rarely going to have to worry about enemy spellcasters again. There's some viciousness in the game if you look around hard enough....

Aye, I'd thought of that. Unfortunately, my current character (transmuter 5/Mage of the Arcane Order 7) doesn't have nearly enough feat choices between now and L20 to get all of the requirements for Archmage and both counterspelling feats.

Still need to get:
- Skill Focus (spellcraft); for Archmage -- already have the two spell focus feats
- Improved Initiative -- for Reactive counterspell
- Both counterspelling feats.
