Improving Your Touch AC

Complete Mage had class feature replacement options. One was to replace the AC bonus from Trap Sense with an AC bonus to spells and spell-likes. Also, classes with evasion can swap it for the ability to reflect a missed attack spell back on the caster 1 + dex mod times per day. Since rogue can get both, play a rogue and enjoy the combined benefit! Maybe get your leather/padded armor or regular clothing glamered so they think you're wearing heavier armor...

Only helpful against magic, but I presume this was the point of you asking?

*Also, I don't have SC, but my DM does and I just took a 2nd level spell on his suggestion called Wings of Cover. Immediate action to completely negate any attack or targeted spell on you, or +8 cover bonus to reflex save. Can't get any better touch AC than negation!

One spell my dragons love is Sncintillating Scales or some such form spell Compendium. Makes their mnatural ac a deflection bonus, which helps with touch attacks and really screws mages targeting them with touch spells.

Protection from [Whatever] gives a Deflection bonus to AC against whatever's being protected from (Evil, Good, Chaos, Poo Flinging Monkeys, etc.)

No one mentioned Bracers of Armor? Or the Mage Armor spell? Or Shield for deflection bonus?
Shield spell does not grant a deflection bonus, normal shields only do it with the abovementioned PHB2 feat.

Mage armor and bracers of armor only raise your Touch AC vs incorporeal touch attacks not against all touch attacks.
