Hey Kal,

Great to hear one voice in the silence. But do you have enough time to post moves to do some battles now and then? Or to judge sometimes? Right now, I'm not so concerned with the new rules. YB isn't going to be saved or damned by those. We just need to PLAY THE GAME! If the rules get in the way, then we figure out what to do about it then... If we can get the new rules up and running, great. If Sollir wants to post something about the Wizards battle rules and we can hash those out in the forum, great. Maybe we can play that too. I just thought of something today that would make a fun fighting game I think and I'm making notes and trying to get enough together to see if it can be workable. I'll post more on that soon hopefully, time permitting, of course!

*whistles* I check in and at least read every two days (edit-but I don't always post when I read, I sometimes wait a while on threads such as this one). I know a lot of people have been waiting up on the rules but its rather hard to find the motivation to write anything when very few other people feel motivated to play...I know its rather irresponsible of me but that's just how I feel right now. I'm a legendary procrastinator, what can I say?

I'm still willing to give it a shot, I think I have the time to participate fully but I think the fun only comes when there's enough people to play with.

Well, I'm still here and hoping for more replies. Sollir, I agree that more people playing equals more fun. But nobody will be here if nobody is here playing. How about we three give it a shot and keep playing for a while to see if more people might show up. We can take turns judging and such. You two up for it Kal & Sollir? If so we just need to figure out if we're doing YB3 or what and if we're all starting new characters (I'd prefer this I think, but am open to discussion). Let me know what you think!

As to characters/Rules. Ehh I'll go with whatever, its been too long since I've played any of my originals to really remember anything I was going to do with them story wise anyway.

I mean come ON... you guys are mah homies... NIGHT SHIFT RULES hehe..... but you're all right... this game needs a serious kick in the tush.... Well, sounds unanimous. How about we go for YB3 as posted so far but without the class that needs the item rules which aren't finished yet. (Kal, is that the only major part of the YB3 rules not yet finished?? I forget...) So, the other 4 classes without access or use of items? Would that work okay? I really need to go read the rules again. Maybe I'll go do that and come back...

Sounds reasonable. I believe most item rules except artifacts are finalised too.
