Let's talk table talk. Your PCs are meeting with the shady information broker. They've just got a bombshell dropped on 'em (the package is moving tonight!) and they have to plan their plan. When is it appropriate for the broker to "overhear" this plan and interject?

Much of this conversation has to do with in-character vs. out-of-character planning. Figuring out your clever heist is something that both players and PCs have to talk out, but it's sometimes unclear what's being said in-game vs. out-of-game. How do you handle this biz at your table?
