Dash Crofts of Seals & Crofts died yesterday; he was 85.

David Simon died at 64 years from cancer. He was the billionaire CEO of Simon Property Group which was the largest group of shopping mall owners and other property. He became the CEO when he was 33 or 34 becoming the youngest or one of the youngest CEOs of a Fortune 500.

I worked for this company years ago when they bought all the malls in New England. Met him once at the national meeting in Indianapolis.

Having just shifted to the wrong side of 60, any age with a "6" at the beginning of it has become too young.
