The Hadleys' 12:55 Sharrel calls out, but gets no response, she rushes through the house, looking at the rooms downstairs before running up the steps. Nothing looks out of order. The TV and Stereo are in the den where they're are supposed to be. When she gets upstairs, she sees Cynthia, to the left, standing in an open doorway, staring into the room. Sharrel walks up behind her, noticing that once again, nothing seems out of place. In the bedroom, it is a different story. The bed has been torn apart, mattress and all. The sheets and curtains are charred, as is the carpet. In addition, the entire room smells of bile, and in various places around the room, in a vaguely circular pattern, there are heaps of solidified vomit. Most of the rest of the furniture is overturned, though mostly intact, save some scorch-marks. The east window(the direction you are now facing) has a pair of scorched palm prints that appear to drag along the surface to the floor. The glass has also melted somewhat, leaving the impressions of someone's hands clawing at the pane. Tay-dor can't read the blue, so Shane's color will now be orange. Dr. McDonald's Office 12:55 The campus police force is small, only six officers. Shane recognizes the voice of Richard Meeks, the officer in charge of the department, on the other end, "Campus Police, how can I help you?" Meeks is a big, friendly man. He is a graduate of Miskatonic himself, the class of '90. He listens attentively while Shane explains the problem. "Certainly, I'll head over there myself. Would you mind coming along, Professor? The students would probably feel better with someone else there, besides me. I can pick you up in the campus police cruiser outside your building." He pauses for a moment and Shane can hear typing, "Caldwell Hall, right?" Black Tea and Blacker Souls 12:55 Martha looks into the back of the store as Xander comes down the steps, beaming at her grandson. She gives him a hug and pats him on the shoulder as she takes the hot water maker from him and begins filling it with water from the faucet behind the counter. She opens a cabinet, full of various teas, and scans it while the water runs. Martha loves tea. She has everything from Assam to Earl Grey, the real stuff too. From her younger days, she has friends in India and the stuff comes to her once a month in neat little packages. She smiles at a customer and then looks back at Xander, "Tea? I believe I'll be having a cup of Darjeeling." She glances up and then motions Xander to look at one of the mirrors in place to stop shoplifting. He sees a teenager, the boy could have been himself 5 or 6 years ago, dressed all in black. He sees the boy slip a book into the back of his pants, and hide it beneath his leather jacket.
