What we really need (to clear up confusion) is the following simple system:
You have six dice: 2 10-siders, 2 4-siders, a 20-sider and a 7-sider. They are numbered and colored as follows:
Red d10: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
Blue d10: 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23
Green d20 ("The Prime Die"): 29, 31, 37, 41, 43, 47, 53, 59, 61, 67, 71, 73, 79, 83, 89, 93, 94, 96, 97, 98
Red d4: 2, 3, 4, 5
Blue d4: 16, 18, 20, 29
Purple d7 ("The Wild Die"): 62, 74, 75, 81, 82, 84, 86
Here is the simple algorithm (note: you can roll all six dice at once, in a handy collectible dice cup).
1. Roll all dice.
2. Read the result as the product of the
Red d10 and the
Blue d10.
3. For example:
If the
Blue die is 7 and the
Red die is 4,
then the result is 28.

If the product is greater than 100,
then read the result off of the
Green d20 (the "Prime Die").
5.
If the
Blue die is 2, 3, 5 or 7
and the
Red die is 1, 2, 3, or 4
(and it is not the case that the Blue is 7 and the Red is 4) then read the result as the product of the
Red d4 and the
Blue d4.
6.
If any of the following 4 combos occur on the d20s,
then read the result as the product of the
Red d4 and the
Blue d4: (
Blue ,
Red ) = (
2,
5), (
3,
6), (
5,
6) or (
7,
5).
7.
If you are reading the results off of the d4s
and the result is greater than 100,
or the result is equal to 40,
or the
Red d4 is 5 and the
Blue d4 is 16,
then read the results off of the "Wild Die".
This simple, easy to use, intuitive 7-step system using 6 colorful, distinctive, collectible dice will greatly simplify the learning experience of any new gamer and increase the fun and enjoyment for everyone!!
I invite other geeky ENworlders to check my math. I'm pretty sure that this system is statistically accurate and will generate numbers from 1 to 100 with an even chance of any result.

P.S. - Yes, I know the Prime Die doesn't contain all primes. I only had 16 primes left and wanted a 20-sided die, so I slapped four more numbers on there.
P.P.S. - I am not sure how to make a d7, so you could use a d8 and have the last face be a "Wild Symbol" that indicates that something "Wild" happened! Creative DMs could "Go Wild" with the results.
