I have no issues at all with it, they are fantasy creatures that don't exist they can look like anything. But if you need some kind of justification, just add it to the lore of the creatures. When shardminds are formed they imprint for the pattern is taken from dreams of sleeping humanoids both male and female and the dreams help shape the shardminds into that idealized self image although made of crystals. Minotaurs were originated from a magical curse on a human or group of humans so that most of the features have human characteristics. Dragonborn were made by ancient dragons to help them in a war, the dragons had other humanoids in their armies and thought a form familiar to what those humanoids possesed would make them more welcome among the armies. With magic, you don't need evolution and biology to try and justify why things look of should look the way they do. In D&D worlds the races were crafted by gods and magic so they can look like anything. Without magic, explain why dragons can fly, insects can be horse sized, flumphs, and so on. So dragonborn with breasts, no issues at all. On a players perspective the women I game with tend to like their characters to look feminine, when they play dragonborn they like that it has breasts so they identify with it more. But different people different views, some women might dislike dragonborn with boobs and would rather play them without in this case just say those dragonborn are flat chested or say all female dragonborn in your world don't have breasts. It is like bearded dwarven women, sounds funny and all but I have never met a female gamer who wanted to play a bearded dwarven woman, but plenty that like to play dwarves.
