D&D 3.x Incarnated Warforged Half Dragon

In this scenario an incarnated warforged mated with a dragon maybe the warfoged poly'd into a dragon maybe not as dragons can mate with huminoids. As Dm's does this fly & does it remove two LA's like incarnate template does?
