Include height and width in IMG tags

OK, this is a rather low-priority request, but I think it would enhance things if all the images in the board tables (e.g. the ENWorld globes to the left, the "has attachment" clip, and so on) came with height and width attributes in the IMG tags. As it is now, things keep hopping all over the place while the browser loads the images, which is kind of annoying.

I agree - it is incredibly annoying. Consider it added to the list.

That's the sort of thing I would really rather have an assitant do since it isn't rocket science (see my call for help post).
