Incorporeal Undead wearing Armour?

I'm pretty sure thats only because the fly spell itself says so. I'll research in more depth, but regardless, Ethereal travel is not based on physical movement, it is based on movement at will.

"An ethereal creature is invisible, insubstantial, and capable of moving in any direction, even up or down, albeit at half normal speed."

If your movement on the Ethereal plane is at half your normal speed, and your normal speed is 20 because you're wearing armor, does that not mean that your movement on the Etheral plane is at a speed of 10?

Well, that would work I suppose. Doesn't the Manual of the Planes list Ethereal movement as 10ft/rd + 5ft/IntMod?

(I really need to look it up but atm, my books are disposed)
