Initiate of the Faith feat

It say under the feat that you can use the Clerics Healing Word power once per day. Now normally this is a special encounter power that can be used twice per encounter? Does anybody else see it under the IotF feat as a Daily power with two castings or literly only once use?
I mean it says you can use the power once per day but under the power itself it allows two castings.

The healing word text says "You can use this power twice per encounter.." It seems to be the designers' intent that each healing word is a separate use of the power. Thus by RAW you only get one healing word per day.

However, by comparison with other multiclass feats (Soldier of the Faith and Pact Initiate) and other healing powers, I think it would certainly not be unbalanced to allow using it twice in one encounter, or perhaps require the player to use it twice in the same turn by taking two minor actions. I'd say the same about Student of Battle.

Um, even a single-classed cleric can't do that. The Healing Word power limits it to one use per round, even though it only requires a minor action ...
