I personally will not rp against most children characters  in past though i've talked to them, child vampire, and some little elven boy loooong ago)No matter what you rp, it gives no one free range to be brutal to you ic or ooc. Pm's help, let someone know "Look my character really wouldn't talk to a child but thanks" not just shove the character away and scream. Or speak about them but not to them. All players deserve a bit of kindness. Sometimes we all speak to someone who'd rather not speak to us, but if they are kind about it feelings are never hurt and people walk away happy. Perhaps we could just be civilized and all would be well. Kindness goes a long way you know.</blockquote>
