The King is at a carnival stand playing a game of whack-a-ristocrat. There's a bevy of guards around him cheering him on.174. An eagle with a black streak of feathers around its head swoops down and nabs something from the ground.175. A black richly decorated closed carriage rolls past the PC's slowly. A white silken glove reaches out through the closed curtains and drops a note which floats towards the ground. The carriage stops and a heavily armed soldier jumps out through the curtains demanding that the PC's hand over the note.</blockquote>
