The Inquisition domain from Complete Divine grants a '+4 bonus to dispel checks'. Does this stack with the maximum cap on Dispel Magic, i.e. can a 10th level caster with this domain do dispel checks at 1d20+14?

We play it like this. Sounds right. I's only a minor boon for the Church Inquisitor.

Ditto, because without the stacking effect the inquisitor at level 7-10 reveives no bouns to dispel magic.
