Insecta Rules!: A Review

Wow, that was helpful. In all sincerity, I find the whole game complicated, and I'm not exactly 'uninitiated' as far as complex games go- I know by BABs from my PRCs and can advance the hit die of a shield golem any day, but just something about this game really gets me.
Perhaps it's the number of things you can do, coupled with the 16 page rulebook which is more or less a swamp to get through. However, this strange game has gotten my group to laugh so many times that we MAY just have to learn this thing for real. I'm going to start an Insecta fan club, I think, which consists of me riding around with a permanent marker and writing INSECTA RULES! all over everything I see.
Here's to learning rules and vandalizing public bathroom stalls.

Oh- and by the way, how did you know third edition is already in packaging? Are you at all affiliated with Fat Messiah games? If you are, let 'em know that their mildely (and bizarrely) sacriligious name is immensely amusing.
