There's a thread over in D&D Rules about how Insightful Strike applies to weapons, and it's something I've been thinking about anyway-- I use Armor as DR and want dagger fighters (or rapier fighters, for that matter) to still be effective against armored opponents. I also do not use the Swashbuckler class, for a number of reasons.
So, would it be balanced to allow Insightful Strike as a feat? What should the prerequisites be? (I'm thinking Combat Expertise at least, possibly also Weapon Finesse.)
