An intelligent magic item that doesn't like it's possesor can attempt to exert it's will. If the PC fails the saving throw, the item gains "dominance" and can "demand concessions".
What exactly does that mean? Would you play it similar to a Dominate Person? Does the possesor know what is going on ("yes, I'm killing the king but the sword told me to")?
