GOLD: 1000 GP plus 1d20 x25GP. We can go standard or high magic, depending on your tastes.

Would the magic level impact starting with a magic item (per the suggestion chart in the DMG) or just the acquisition of such moving forward?

Hm. 1000 gold. Is that enough to buy magic items? I'm not familiar with the core pricing, if there is such a thing.

It's really something to be decided according to rarity. I believe you'd be able to acquire one or two uncommons. If we are lacking funds, I'll double it, for base cost and multiplied base.

Hehe, ok that sounds more than fair. I guess what I'm asking is...how do you want us to show our purchases? Do we just submit lists of what we're interested in, and you give us prices, and we decide what to spend the money on? Or do we just pick any two uncommons and deduct 1000gp (or whatever you decide that costs) and call it good?
