For the last few months, the cursor on EN World doesn't blink when I'm on my main PC. When I try to re-position it, the curor doesn't move until I type something. Nothing occurs if I try to move the cursor by arrow keys or mouse click. It always stays where I last typed until I start typing again. It is really annoying when I want to try to edit text mid sentence.

At first, I thought it was an EN World issue. Now I appear to be having a similar problem on Obsidian Portal.

Does anybody have any idea what is going on and how to fix it?

Thank you.

Basic PC information: Runs on Windows 7, I use IE 9. All updated & patched.

If I understand you right, I'm seeing the same problem.

Right now it's working fine. It blinks. it moves when I type text. it moves when I arrow back to fix a typo.

Other times, like when I click to move the cursor to select some other text, it stops working right.

I assumed it's a javascript bug with the editor, but in looking at the html source, it's just a textarea tag, which the browser handles automatically as a windows text box control.
