Not sure what happened there. It looks like some kind of formatting error may have happened during layout that wasn't obvious during proofing.

Just got mine and Thomas has created a really good book!
The (*%^& %(_*^% that Ken Shannon and I made looks great in print
Did not even notice the (-) issue.
