In the meantime, though, is there a copy of just the OGC portion of the Bluffside rules lurking around? I dont want to use anything that isn't OGC, or without the permission of the owners to use it and modify it, if not OGC

In either case, I enthusiastically encourage you to revisit the netbook once things settle out!
