Invoker: Thunder of Judgment

Thunder of Judgment Invoker Attack 1
Encounter ✦ Divine, Implement, Thunder
Standard Action Ranged 10
Target: One, two, or three creatures
Attack: Wisdom vs. Fortitude
Hit: 1d6 + Wisdom modifier thunder damage, or 2d6 +
Wisdom modifier thunder damage if you target only one
creature. In addition, the target is dazed until the end of
your next turn.
Covenant of Wrath: You also push the target a number of
squares equal to your Constitution modifier.

My question is this: Does the power daze all 3 targets, or does it daze only when it targets only one creature?

I am quite sure Keterys is correct here, and it made the power a whole lot better. This actually looks better than the third level Wizard power Icy Rays, since this one targets 3 instead of 2 creatures.

(With a push and daze it should be easy to get melee 1 square away from any PC's, and the damage is higher if you have Covenant of Wrath.)

Is it just me or does the Invoker just have better encounter/at-will powers than the Wizard?

Until Divine Power, my Deva Invoker was going to have 3 level 1 encounter powers... I find one 7th I liked in DP, so now I'll probably take that over the 3rd encounter 1.

Lil crazy.
