"Very well I shall make the call." Highbrow announced with a slight edge to his voice. It was hard to tell if he was irritated or not since he ALWAYS sounded slightly irritated. He mentally dialed the number via his cyberpathic abilities and waited.

OOC: Whatever the second most common male name is statistically in this area (he should have a pretty good idea since he has reviewed local phone records etc...he will ask for that name (in Turkish) when they answer.

*Another voice in the background on the phone says something, but it is too faint to understand. Highbrow does some probabilistic analysis and thinks that the voice might have said 'Kurtalan'. At this point, the other line hangs up.*

"Interesting." Highbrow says as he hangs up the phone and replays a recording for everyone to hear.
