Ionian Dreams (Bront Judging)

http://www.adiyamanli.org/MapofTurkey/a5.htm gives maps of Sinop
http://www.sinop.gov.tr/index_1.asp has contact info to their dept of tourism which we could call to get a detailed map or directions and if worse came to worse I'd call the Diyojen Hotel in Sinop and have them give me direction *to* thier place from any adress I needed to find and just back track.

I probably have a +2 in computers and dont read Turkish. Highbrow has a +20 and can read Turkish. I am sure searches are much easier when you know the language and can hack entire networks.

(OOC: It isn't in Sinop, it is near Sinop in a village. I know I can get maps to the level of detail you provided, but you guys are talking about maps that go to the street and house level, right?)

OOC: For google earth, you see up to teh streets level without problem.

For the CAD system of telephone company, as long as there is some network near (we are talking in teh bloack around) the address we are seeking (and if this was a fix phone, it needs a network), there should be enough detail to find the house, the streets address, the street name, the network around and other details. generally, you couldn't easily use it alone, but combine with google earth, it is pretty easy to find his way. You can trust me, it is my job to process CAD systems maps.

Cedrik, having work in demolition, should know that these maps exist. You don't want to destroy telecomunication, electricty, water or sewer network when you destroy a buidling. That would eb bad :p

Now, if we got access to a cellular phone, we might be missing the maps, or simply the cell is not at the address it is register.

OOC: How big is the village? This converation may be irrelevant if it is small, although I kind of agree that we should be able to at least get a general location on the address and go from there.

(OOC: Sounds good to me--everyone gains a hero point)

*Triangulating data based on the cell phone registry, the CAD, and satellite images, the group is able to locate the small home in the village near Sinop. The question becomes how to make the final approach.*

Carrion examines the computer-rendered map of the village.

"Well, should we strike hard and fast or approach in a more stealthy manner? I feel like no matter how fast we come in, they'll have time to detonate if they're so inclined. On the otherhand, I don't know how well we're equipped for a sneaky approach. Maybe we should wait for night, one way or the other."

Carrion looks to the others for their opinions.

"Commando style? Seems fine, but we will have not to waste too much time in the approach, none of us are expert in this domain." tells Cedric.

"I just don't want to waste too much time waiting for darkness. I think we should drop down on the outskirts, make the van look like a delivery truck, and head towards the house. From there we should grab em up and get em to talk", Gremlin says.
