OOC: Can we confirm it with the new informatrion we have? We know he live with a fmaily, we know where he lives. He must have a social number or a citizen ID of some sort that tells he lives there. Is the person who live there have the same name? If the person recoreded at that address have family that fit what Highbrow found. The first step is to confirm the identification we had.
