First Post
Hi everybody,
since I've been following this forum for two years now, but I never found a reason to start my own topic until now. Appropriately enough, my first post will be an ad
Two months ago, I released an iPhone App called "Character Status" on the AppStore and only recently thought about posting about it in here.
It's (currently) meant only as a Character Sheet addition rather then a replacement. It's possible to track damage (calculating hitpoints on the fly), action points, healing surges, failed death saving throws, currently active (or inactive) conditions afflicting the character, the use of class powers or item powers, experience points and loot.. I hope I did forget anything important.
Whats missing currently (and will be added in a while) is a description of the powers and a skill overview.
Characters can be entered manually or by importing Character Builder files. The latter however needs some way to get the contents of the file into the clipboard on the iPhone. The easiest way to do this is to change the extension of the file from .dnd4e to .txt and mailing the file to yourself. In the "Mail" app you can copy the content to the clipboard easily.
If you have any suggestions or bug reports, don't hesitate (please.. really don't) mailing me or replying in this thread.
